Coronavirus (Covid-19): Cusomer Information and Regulations

Our COVID-19 rules:

Please arrive in time for your booked slot and queue up outside keeping 2m distance from other groups.

Please have your Booking Reference ready for our member of staff to check you in.

Please ensure everyone over 12 years of age is wearing an appropriate face covering prior to entering the building. Face coverings must be worn at all times except when eating, drinking, or using the play facilities.

Please use the hand sanitiser at the nearest sanitising station.

Take your seats.

Please ensure you and your children have socks on at all times while in the play frame.

Ensure all of your belongings are at your tables and remain there during your visit.

Please follow social distancing guidelines throughout your visit.

Please wash your hands and sanitise throughout your visit / after using the bathroom and before / after handling food.

Please keep your table and area around it tidy and use bins provided for any rubbish you may have.

If ordering food / refreshments please do so in good time to allow for it to be prepared and consumed within your 2-hour time slot.

Please leave your plates / cups at the table. Our team will clean up as and when they have an opportunity.

Please inform us of any spillages.

We ask that you and your party are ready to leave as promptly as possible at your 2-hour mark to allow our team to deep clean and prepare for the next session. We will ring a bell 10 minutes before the end of the session, and again at the end of the session.

If you or any of your party become unwell prior to your visit please do not attend and either cancel or transfer your booking at least 2 hours prior to your booked slot.

Any cancellations made up to 2 hours prior to the start of the booked session may be eligible for a refund, although this will be subject to a surcharge to cover costs. Any late cancellations (made within 2 hours of the booking) or no-shows will not be refunded except in exceptional circumstances, and will be at the discretion of the Management.

If you or any of your party begin to feel unwell within 14 days following your visit and suspect COVID-19 please get in touch and advise.

Please be patient with us as this is all new to us too and we are trying our best to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for your enjoyment.

We take the safety and well being of our staff and customers very seriously. Anyone found to be breaching these rules will be asked to stop. Should they refuse, they will be asked to leave immediately without refund or recompense.
